Perry started Western Petroleum in 2001 and served as President/CEO until 2013. During this time Western Petroleum was on the list of Inc. Magazine’s fastest growing companies for 4 years in a row, operating across 22 states. In 2013 Western Petroleum was acquired by Pilot Travel Centers wherein Perry was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations. Perry successfully merged two fierce competitors into one cohesive group, yielding a higher net increase than combining the books of business. With a passion for exceptional customer service, Perry ventured out as co-founder of Agility Energy in 2015.

Janis has been an owner, officer and/or board member of various companies throughout her career, including Western Petroleum. She began her career at a multinational accounting firm then, fascinated with how a business operates, left to become CFO of Western Petroleum. Throughout her career she has been involved in civic and church organizations as an officer and served as a board member on various for profit and non-profit entities. Janis brings a vast and diverse skill set in the financial world coupled with a keen understanding of operations which makes her an exceptional leader in the oilfield industry.
Todd Hansen

Todd has been working in oilfield service and transportation since 2009.  Serving as Director of Frac for Pilot Logistic Services he oversaw the operation of 90+ crews daily, implemented the QC program, helped design innovative ways to best meet the customer’s needs, assisted in opening and growing some of the largest markets in the company.  Along with strong leadership skills in dispatch and operations, Todd brings an uncanny ability to build strong and lasting synergistic relationships with customers.

Working over 20 years in the Petroleum Industry, Scott has developed and maintained many customer relationships. He has held various positions from salesman, regional account manage, to Vice President of Sales for Western Petroleum. He has successfully negotiated plans that not only benefited the company he represented but also enhanced the offering to the customer, resulting in cost savings and improving service efficiencies. Priding himself in building partnerships, his customer base is more than that, they are friends.
Karla Memmott

Karla has worked in the petroleum industry since 2008 as part of the Western Petroleum/PTL accounting team. She was promoted into multiple roles within the company including; Accounts Receivable, Cardlock Manager, Lease Equipment Manager and Training Coordinator. Currently she is managing the Accounts Receivable team and Reporting/Systems Management. Karla is a strong leader and enjoys being “the boss”. She has an ability to identify problems, create a process and quickly arrive with a solution. In her spare time Karla enjoys watching movies & TV shows and spending time with her family.
Thomas Munoz

Vice President of Operations
Prior to Agility, Thomas was Operations Supervisor and Lead Dispatcher for Permian Basin Sand Haulers of Texas. Serving in these roles he oversaw the operation of over 150 units, developed orientation programs for drivers, coordinated all delivery logistics for his customers, and assisted in growing the company exponentially by providing excellent internal and external customer service. Thomas brings to the team strong leadership skills in both dispatch and operations, as well as the ability to forge long lasting relationships with customers.

Vice President – Risk Management
Jessica has worked in oilfield services in several capacities over the past 9 years. She’s spent time in HR and Accounting, but primarily in Policy and Training roles. She has a Master’s in Education which has helped her develop training curriculum and methodologies that differ greatly from typical corporate training environments. She is highly adept at developing and employing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness, as well as mitigate company and customer risk. Jessica strives daily to improve internal process at Agility Energy to yield the highest level of service for our employees and our customers.

Vice President of Transportation
Troy has worked in the oil and gas, petro-chemical industry for over thirty-five years specializing in oilfield services. Prior to Agility, Troy was President, Owner and Founder of Stallion Tank, a cargo tank service company, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to that, Troy worked at Taylor Transportation, operating ASME R stamp shops. There he specialized in crude oil, fuels, and chemical transportation, where he worked as Operations Manager and President. He enjoys hands on work with employees and building long term relationships with customers.

Heather began in the petroleum industry in 2007 as part of the Western Petroleum team. She has worked in multiple positions in the Accounting Department including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Receivable Manager, and Account Manager for a large pressure pumping company. She is currently the Administrative Manager handling Accounts Payable/Payroll/Driver On-Boarding. She has an unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, resolve complex issues, and win customer loyalty. In her spare time she loves all outdoor adventures.

Dillon has been around the oil and gas industry his entire life and had the privilege of this industry shaping him in to who he is today. He spent the last 5 years with Western Petroleum/PTL in which he served in many rolls, including Frac, Fuel, & Oils/ Lubes Dispatch in Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and North Dakota. Joining Agility in 2015 as the first Logistics Coordinator in Pennsylvania and then later transferred to Salt Lake City where Agility Central Logistics Center was set up. He led the team through a critical period of growth and now will be serving as the GM of North Dakota.
